Chef Rayma’s culinary mission extends beyond exceptional dining. As the Executive Chef spearheading initiatives for Never Happier Inc, she uses food as a powerful tool for service and healing. Every meal at Fusion Bites directly supports community programs addressing food insecurity, homelessness, mental health awareness, and substance-abuse recovery. Through community kitchens, meal-distribution programs, and hands-on culinary arts training, Chef Rayma empowers individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.
Her excellence and impact have earned her major recognition, including Power Women of Brooklyn, awarded by Street Soldier Lisa Evers, Mayor Eric Adams, and several New York senators and council members. She is also the honored recipient of the 22nd Legend of Faith Award, celebrating her leadership, resilience, and unwavering dedication to serving others.
Beyond the kitchen, Chef Rayma is a best-selling author of more than a dozen children’s books and culinary publications, including Quick & Delicious Foods from A to Z.
